Realign the deep tissue and provide natural harmony.
An intense massage therapy that involves manipulating the fascia to increase vitality, relieve chronic body aches, and improve overall posture.
Connective tissue therapy focuses on releasing connective tissue (myofascial) restrictions within a client’s body while breaking up any uncomfortable scar tissue. The intense therapy is also used as a natural remedy to eliminate chronic pain, better body posture, and increase the client’s range of motion.
To achieve these feats, the connective tissue massage restores flexibility to the fibrous tissue (fascia) surrounding key muscles and organs. By normalizing the fascia, trained therapists improve the core strength and health of the fascial system throughout a client’s body.
Connective tissue therapy aims for deep tissue realignment. Therapists use slow, deliberate strokes to warm muscle tissue, apply pressure to the deeper layers, and release any built-up tension. Though connective tissue massages are typically painless, the therapist’s focus on deep tissue tension often makes the massage less relaxing than other techniques.
While connective tissue therapy resembles a traditional Swedish massage, the connective tissue massage is often more intense and lacks the assistance of massage oils and lotions.
During a standard session, the massage therapist may discover a chronic knot. These adhesions often cause unwanted pain and may require a client to make lifestyle changes in addition to the weekly connective tissue massage sessions.

LET'S TALK ABOUT STRESS RELIEF
Who doesn't want to reduce the stress in their life? Stress relief is key to finding the balance of a healthy lifestyle. Even a single massage session has been shown to significantly lower heart rate, cortisol and insulin levels - all of which help reduce daily stress.
LET'S FORCE THE ISSUE...OF RELAXATION
How often and how long are you actually able to disconnect from life? Massage has been shown to help the body enter a relaxing rest-and-recovery mode - an effect that lingers long after the massage is over.
SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE...OF YOUR POSTURE
Unlike other bad habits, poor posture can help be corrected by relaxation. Massage helps reinforce healthy and natural movements, which can get your posture back on track.
BREATHE IN. BREATHE DEEPLY.
One of the telltale signs of anxiety and stress is constricted breathing. Massage can play an important role in relieving respiratory issues and training the body how to relax.
