Optimal functionality and relief.
A noninvasive therapy technique that addresses the head, spinal column, and sacrum. This massage therapy releases compressions and improves the overall functionality of the central nervous system.
Cranial sacral therapy is a noninvasive approach to release inconvenient compression in areas that often cause stress and pain. Also known as craniosacral therapy, this technique gently addresses problem areas in the head, spinal column, and sacrum.
The aim of cranial sacral therapy is simple: restore the natural position of the bones to reduce stress from chronic injuries. When done correctly by trained practitioners, cranial sacral therapy can eliminate migraines, lessen unbearable neck and back pain, and relieve temporomandibular joint disorder - the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw and skull.
Roughly 28 million Americans report having regular migraine headaches according to the National Headache Foundation. A large portion of the migraines reported were caused or worsened by a combination of stress and poor sleeping habits. To alleviate these systems, researchers studied the effects of cranial sacral therapy on participants exhibiting frequent migraines. The study, published in the Annals of Behavioral Medicine, concluded that the bodywork used in cranial sacral therapy allowed for better quality of sleep and fewer migraines. These effects continued even after therapy ended.
Cranial sacral therapy also includes scalp massages to address common head pains and elicit relaxation. Many clients don’t realize that the muscles on their scalp are responsible for emitting facial expressions. With daily neglect, tension can build and cause unwanted headaches. Clients can feel that tension disappear with a single cranial sacral session.

LET'S TALK ABOUT STRESS RELIEF
Who doesn't want to reduce the stress in their life? Stress relief is key to finding the balance of a healthy lifestyle. Even a single massage session has been shown to significantly lower heart rate, cortisol and insulin levels - all of which help reduce daily stress.
LET'S FORCE THE ISSUE...OF RELAXATION
How often and how long are you actually able to disconnect from life? Massage has been shown to help the body enter a relaxing rest-and-recovery mode - an effect that lingers long after the massage is over.
SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE...OF YOUR POSTURE
Unlike other bad habits, poor posture can help be corrected by relaxation. Massage helps reinforce healthy and natural movements, which can get your posture back on track.
BREATHE IN. BREATHE DEEPLY.
One of the telltale signs of anxiety and stress is constricted breathing. Massage can play an important role in relieving respiratory issues and training the body how to relax.
